Altering Texas Drivers License Sees Two Jailed
A couple was arrested at First Colony Mall on Tuesday, while attempting to make a purchase with an altered Texas drivers license.
The fraud was noticed by one of the employees at First Colony Mall's Buckle store. The employees were on high alert since a recent similar fraud attempt at Memorial City Buckle store.
Autumn Stewart, 23, and Steven Ratliff, 24, were arrested on charges of "tampering with a government record," transported to Sugar land Jail for booking, and then taken to Fort Bend County Jail in Richmond.
